Payment / Insurance
I accept payment of cash or credit (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). I do not accept checks from my clients until a trustworthy counseling relationship has been established. You may choose to pay privately (i.e. out-of-pocket) or use insurance. I am an in-network provider with the following insurance plans:
Blue Cross, Blue Shield
I also accept payment through Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Plans. If your benefits include EAP sessions, these visits will be free to you. Please contact your insurance company to find out about your mental health coverage, including information about applicable deductible and co-payment responsibilities.
What To Expect If Using Insurance for Payment
Please bring your insurance card to the first appointment.
My billing specialist will work with each client to help determine the cost of treatment, in which she will check your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf. I will explain your coverage to you once I receive confirmation from your insurance company, and if I am an in-network provider, I will honor the contracted rate for your particular insurance plan.
